Abbey Strand is designed for independent stays and does not have a staffed reception. You’ll access your apartment using a secure four-digit code sent by email before arrival. You can call us at any time should you need local assistance.

A four-digit access code will be send to you by email by 3pm on arrival day, when your apartment is ready. This code opens the building, your apartment block, and your apartment itself. There’s no need to collect keys or check in on arrival.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Your access code will only function during these times unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.

There is no parking on-site. Guests benefit from 20% off parking at the nearby Dynamic Earth Car Park – just a five-minute walk away. Present your booking confirmation at the car park office to apply the discount before collecting your car.

We can sometimes arrange early access – please contact our team in advance. You may also leave luggage in the shared lounge before check-in, though this is not a secure area.
